2. What is the purpose of processing your data?

Your personal data will be treated in order to guarantee the safety of people, goods and facilities through a video surveillance system.

Data conservation:

In this treatment, images are not preserved, since the implemented video surveillance system only allows real -time visualization, without recording or storage of the images captured.

3. What is the legitimation for the processing of your personal data?

The processing of personal data through the video surveillance system is based on the satisfaction of a legitimate interest of the person responsible for the treatment, consisting of guaranteeing the safety of people, goods and facilities (Article 6.1.F of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General of Data Protection).

In this case, the video surveillance system does not store images, since it exclusively allows real -time visualization, without recording or data is made.

4. What recipients will your data communicate?

Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties or internationally transferred.

5. What are your rights when you provide your data and how can you exercise them?

You have the right to:

· Access your personal data.

· Request your rectification if you consider that they are inaccurate or incomplete.

· Request the suppression of your data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

· Oppose the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

· Request the limitation of the processing of your data in the legally provided cases.

· Receive your data in a structured, common use and mechanical reading format, and to transmit to another person responsible for treatment, when requested and technically possible (right to portability)
