The legal bases that allow us to process your data are the following:
· Article 6.1.b GDPR: Execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, when submitting their CV in response to a job offer or spontaneously.
· Article 6.1.f GDPR: Legitimate interest of the data controller to retain candidate data after the selection process has ended, in order to consider them for future vacancies, provided that the candidate has been clearly informed and has been offered the opportunity to object to such retention.
