We deal with your data with the purpose of informing you, in your quality as a person employed, about corporate novelties, organized events or in which the company participates, as well as on other relevant news or initiatives related to its activity, through a group of instant messaging (WhatsApp) created specifically for that purpose.

Data conservation period:

Personal data will be kept only while deciding to remain in the WhatsApp group, which you can retire at any time.

In any case, the company will retain these data only while the employment relationship subsists, reserving the right to exclude the group from those who lose their status as employees, without the need for them to expressly request their decline.

3. What is the legitimation for the processing of your personal data?

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your personal data is the consent of the interested party, in accordance with the provisions of article 6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection (RGPD). The fact of clicking on the “Uniting to the Group” link will be considered a manifestation of free, specific, informed and unequivocal will, which constitutes a clear affirmative action by which the processing of your data with the described informative purpose consents.

You can revoke your consent at any time in a simple way, without the need to justify your decision or make any additional communication. To do this, it will be enough for you to use the “leaving the group” function available in the WhatsApp application itself, which will be considered an effective and immediate revocation of the consent granted, in accordance with article 7.3 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection (RGPD).

4. What recipients will your data communicate?

Your data will be communicated to instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for the creation of groups. Since these platforms are located outside the European economic space, this communication is an international data transfer. In these cases, all applicable legal prescriptions will be observed and the transfer is based on the signing of type contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with the provisions of articles 44 to 46 of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
