Isotonic Drink is a gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free isotonic and energy drink. Contains a mix of vitamins and minerals to meet their needs during the effort.

Isotonic Drink is the perfect drink to take during training sessions of less than 90' and as hydration and recharge of mineral salt deposits prior to competitions and recovery of mineral salt levels after physical exercise, in addition to providing about 17 g of carbohydrates of carbon per dose that come from the amylopectin of potato starch, which has great advantages over other commonly used ingredients:

•  Gastric emptying up to 80% faster.
•  Recharge glycogen up to 70% faster as it is highly available.

Contains 100 mg of Beta Alanine, which delays the onset of fatigue.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Dissolve 1,5 scoops (20g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Regularly consume small doses 150 ml of 15/20 min, during and after exercise.

• Energy gel. 1 or even 2 ENERGY GELS every hour taken with around 250ml of water.
• Liquid energy. 500 -800ml of ENERGY DRINK every hour.
• Solid food. 1 ENDURANCE FUEL BAR taken in small bites with water.
