2. Why will we use your personal data?
We will use your data to manage your candidacy, whether you have registered in a specific offer, you have sent us your CV spontaneously or participate in an internal promotion process. This includes analyzing your professional profile, reviewing your curriculum, organizing interviews or selection tests, and assessing your adaptation to the position.
In addition, if we consider that your profile fits with the type of talent we are looking for, we can keep your information to take you into account in future selection processes, both internal and external. In any case, you can oppose this conservation at any time.
Data conservation period:
The data will be kept for a maximum of 12 months, whether you participate in a specific process as if you have sent us your candidacy spontaneously or through an internal promotion. In any case, you can request the cancellation of your data at any time.
3. What is the legitimation for the processing of your personal data?
The legal bases that allow us to process your data are as follows:
· Article 6.1.B RGPD: Execution of pre -contractual measures at the request of the interested party, by sending its CV in response to an offer or spontaneously.
· Article 6.1.F RGPD: legitimate interest of the person in charge of the treatment to conserve the data of the candidate once the selection process is finished, in order to take it into account in future vacancies, provided that it has been reported clearly and the possibility of opposing said conservation is offered.
4. What recipients will your data communicate?
Your data will not be communicated or transferred internationally.
5. What are your rights when you provide your data and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to:
· Access your personal data.
· Ask that we rectify them if they are not correct or incomplete.
· Request your suppression.
· Oppose certain treatments.
· Request that we limit the use of your data in certain cases.
· Receive your data in a structured format and, if you wish, to move them to another person responsible (portability).
