La creatina mejora el rendimiento físico en series sucesivas de ejercicios breves de alta intensidad. El efecto beneficioso se obtiene con una ingesta diaria de 3 g de creatina diarios.
Durante el ejercicio físico y en situaciones de sudoración excesiva, se producen pérdidas de líquidos y con ello electrolitos, Hydrazero Creatine contribuye a la reposición de minerales gracias a su contenido en sodio, magnesio y potasio.
Al ser una bebida hipotónica, su osmolaridad es inferior a la del plasma sanguíneo, lo que favorece la absorción de líquidos.Cada toma tiene un aporte de 3g de creatina, 500 mg de sodio, 9,33 mg de magnesio y 130 mg de potasio.
Disponible en formato monodosis (9g) y doypack (225g), en los sabores limón y arándanos.
Puede consumirse durante el entrenamiento o en cualquier momento del día.
