SOLO COFFEE
SPECIALITY COLOMBIA GROUND 250g
Without doubt, coffee is one of the world’s most consumed drinks. However, not all coffee is the same. At 226ERS®, we go for speciality coffee with guaranteed product traceability throughout the production process, providing a quality coffee while remaining committed to social and ecological sustainability.
SOLO COFFEE has been certified under the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) standards, one of the most important organizations in the world of coffee that plays a decisive role along the various points in the supply chain of this foodstuff.
Speciality Coffee Colombia
This is a speciality coffee, therefore its quality begins the moment the best varieties of the Arabica species are selected, in this case Castillo, Caturra and Colombia. They are grown at high altitudes of between 1500 - 1900 m.a.s.l. Once it reaches peak ripeness, it is selected and screened manually, removing anything that could contaminate the final product. Once the coffee cherries are collected, we move on to the next step, the benefits. Our Panche Siquila is obtained using a washing process/benefit, making the final cup cleaner and shinier. A balanced coffee with a profile that emphasizes chocolate notes, with more subtle notes of dry fruits and a touch of citrus reminiscent of oranges.
Our Tips and recommendations.
You can prepare it with milk or your preferred plant-based drink. However, be sure to try it on its own, either expresso or filtered, as the result will surprise you.
