2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User/Customer/Interested Party (hereinafter, User) is informed of the way in which 226ERS collects, processes and protects the personal data provided to it through the website www.226ers.com (hereinafter, the "website"), as well as its own data and any other required data that may be provided through the Purchase Agreement (Sale of 226ers products in e-commerce) or any other means provided.

The User should carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been drafted in a clear and simple manner to facilitate its understanding, and freely and voluntarily determine whether he/she wishes to provide his/her personal data, or that of third parties, to 226ERS.

3. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THE DATA.

The data requested in the forms accessible from the Website and sales contracts to be provided by the company are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) in order to comply with the established purposes. Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they cannot be fulfilled.

10. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

  • Obtain human intervention, to express your point of view and to challenge automated decisions taken by 226ERS.
