3. What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
We process your personal data in accordance with different legal grounds, depending on each specific purpose. These are explained below:
- Creation and management of the private area: the legal ground is the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, in accordance with Article 6.1.b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes, for example, registering your account, logging in or managing your data within the user area.
- Purchase and order management: this is also based on the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We need to process your data in order to correctly process your order, deliver it to you and deal with any incidents related to the purchase.
- Accounting, tax and financial management: this processing is based on compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), in accordance with the following provisions:
- Spanish Royal Decree 1514/2007, of 16 November, approving the General Accounting Plan.
- Spanish Law 58/2003, of 17 December, on General Taxation.
- Sending electronic communications to customers: the legal grounds in this case come from a legit interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), in line with Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). This provision allows commercial communications to be sent about products or services like those already contracted, provided that there is a prior relationship and the data has been obtained lawfully.
4. Who will we share your data with?
We will only share your personal data when strictly necessary to provide you with the service or to comply with our legal obligations. These are the situations in which it may be necessary to share your data:
- Transport and logistics companies: when you make a purchase, we need to provide these companies with your contact and address details so that they can deliver your order correctly. Only the minimum information necessary for this purpose is provided.
- Banking entities: if you make a payment, we must process your data with the entities responsible for processing it (payment gateways, banks, etc.). This communication is required to confirm the transaction and ensure the financial management of your order.
- Public Administrations: in certain cases, we are required by law to communicate certain data to entities such as the State Tax Administration Agency, for example, within the framework of our accounting and tax obligations. This transfer is regulated by specific legal regulations.
Outside of these cases, we will not transfer your data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so, or you give us your express consent to do so.
Your data will not be transferred internationally.
