3. What is the legal basis for legitimation for the processing of your data?

Creation and administration of the private area: The legal basis is the execution of a contract or the application of pre -contractual measures, in accordance with article 6.1.b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Purchasing and Orders Management: It is also based on the execution of a contract or the application of pre -contractual measures (art. 6.1.b RGPD). We need to treat your data to correctly process your order, give it to you and attend to any incidence related to the purchase.
Accounting, Fiscal and Economic Management: This treatment is based on compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c RGPD), in accordance with the following provisions:
Royal Decree 1514/2007, of November 16, which approves the General Accounting Plan.
Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax.
Sending electronic communications to customers: The legal basis in this case is the satisfaction of a legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f RGPD), in accordance with article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). This provision allows the sending of commercial communications on products or services similar to those already hired, provided there is a previous relationship and the data has been obtained lawfully.
