Price lists

In relation to the value added tax, as a general rule the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the general VAT, and of 10% for the reduced VAT, for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. In any case, the type of applicable VAT will always be the type  current legal.

The prices set forth in 226ers eShop may be reviewed and modified if the conditions require it at any time.

Payment methods

All purchases can be paid with:

  • PayPal:

If you have account at PayPal you can send the money comfortably and without expenses to our account. Register is free, you just have to associate your card or bank account to a mail address and start enjoying online payments on web pages and auctions. 226ers is not responsible for the terms and conditions that PayPal applies to its services, it is recommended to review these terms and conditions on the PayPal website

  • Amazon Pay:

Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to pay products and services through payment methods that are already associated with your Amazon account. To make your payment, you can use any of the payment methods registered in your Amazon account. 226ers is not responsible for the terms and conditions that Amazon Pay applies to its services, it is recommended to review these terms and conditions on the Amazon Pay website

  • Bank transfer:

We have a bank to be able to make the bank transfer: CaixaBank. The account number to make your order to enter appeals at the end of the purchase. This payment method is usually slower than card, bizum or reimbursement payment, since transfers can take 24-48 hours to reach our bank account.

  • Credit card:

Credit card fraud is a crime and 226ers eShop will undertake judicial actions against anyone who performs a fraudulent transaction in our store.

Billing data will be used only to send the product/s purchased. This information will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be transferred to third parties.

SHIPPING FORMS AND DELIVERY

226ers eShop only allows sale in those countries where it has distribution or possibility of messenger delivery. If the system notifies that we cannot sell in your country, get in touch with us so that we can see how we can help you.

Orders will be sent directly from 226ers eShop through their logistics operators.

The calculation of shipping costs occurs dynamically depending on the products you have in your purchase basket, and your shipping address.

In the case of not being responsible for receiving the package in the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number to be called to confirm what time the merchandise can deliver. The transport agency will keep your package in its stores approximately 10/12 days before proceeding to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase at the estimated time you should contact the customer service through the form enabled in the store itself. From the moment we receive your notification we will carry out the appropriate efforts to find out why you have not received it in the agreed time.

Returns

If in the request received you find a defective product you must contact you by sending an e-mail to onlineorders@226ers.com, either through the contact form of the online store.

You can return the product whenever you communicate your intention within fourteen (14) days of having received the order and whenever you keep your packaging in optimal state. For clothing and accessories, the deadline is 30 days from shipping. To do this you must contact us by the media already described.

(You can't return products such as drums, shaker or socks.)

In case of withdrawal of the product, change of size or defects of the same, 226ers will take charge of the shipping costs of the return. You can request to replace it, replace it with other items or the reimbursement of the total amount of the purchase.

If the return reasons are alien to 226ers eShop, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition, but despite this you want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses caused by the return will not be paid by 226ers eShop.

Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you will have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products (or the last product if there were several products in the same order and you receive it separately) to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties, you must only assume the expenses of sending the return, being an indispensable requirement that you refer your communication before the end of the end of the term. Warranty

Clients of 226ers Sports Things, S.L. They benefit from the legally established guarantee for each type of product. Defects or damages due to incorrect use or manipulation of the material are not included in this guarantee.

If the product has manufacturing or operational defects, the user must contact our customer service at onlineords@226ers.com to start the product evaluation and replacement process.

Discount coupons

Discounts coupons are never compatible with other discounts and cannot be applied to clothing, products on offer or product packs, only in nutrition and accessories.

User and Website Responsibility

The user undertakes to use the website properly, avoiding illegal, fraudulent or that can damage the rights and interests of 226ers or third parties. 226ers will not be responsible for the damages or losses derived from the inappropriate use of the website, service interruptions, system errors or any other technical problem that escapes its control.

Limitation of responsibility

226ers will not be responsible for:

 Damages derived from the use of the website or the impossibility of accessing it.

 Technical problems, including viruses or other elements that may affect the user system.

 Incorrect information provided by third parties.

Legislation and jurisdiction

These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with current legislation in Spain in the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided therein. (Basically Law 34/2002 of July 11 of Information Services and Electronic Commerce)

226ers Sports Things, SL reserves the right to modify at any time the services provided through the website www.226ers.com, introducing or eliminating certain services or contents that contribute to offering a better service.
