General recommendations

- If notes cramps take a capsule of Salts Electrolytes or sub9 Salts with water abounding, at least one complete vessel (250ml).
- If you need to eat, take an endurance bar or a Salty Bar, taking into account your way of assimilating solid food during the exercise and speed of the test (it is not recommended in rapid competitions).
- Drink enough water especially with non -liquid products, never other liquids containing carbohydrates, isotonic or recuperators.
- Keep in mind the water intake based on temperature, humidity and your level of perspiration, as well as the intake you are making of other liquid products such as isotonic or energy.
