Why has Maltodextrina combined with fructose?
This new range of 226ers products is formulated with multi transportable carbohydrates. Different studies* have shown that, in prolonged exercises the use of carbohydrates that are absorbed in the intestine by different pathways is the only way to increase the assimilation and oxidation rate of exogenous carbohydrates above 60 g/hour*.
So also confirm The research that the ideal is to combine different sources of carbohydrates. For this reason, in 226ers have opted for maltodextrin, to control the molecular weight/osmolarity, and fructose.
Maltodextrin:
- It is absorbed in the intestine by the SLGT-1 carrier and becomes glucose to travel to cells and provide them with energy quickly.
- Is of high glycemic index, Rapid blood glucose increase, instant energy release.
