Judith Corachán conquers the Spanish Triathlon Championship in its farewell to the modality
Last weekend, the Spanish triathlon lived a memorable day. Our ambassador, Judith Corachán, it was proclaimed Spanish Triathlon Spanish Champion, demonstrating once again its commitment, delivery and ability to overcome in each competition.
Judith signed a masterful performance in the Mediterranean Epic Triathlon, held in Oropesa del Mar and Cabanes (Castellón). This victory, beyond gold, had a special value: it was his last professional participation in this modality. And he couldn't have better farewell.
A demanding test from the beginning
The tour in the full distance of the Mediterranean Epic Triathlon did not give truce: 3,800 meters of swimming, 180 km of cycling and a marathon (42 km) Under the sun of the Castellón coast, with more than 300 triathletes in the exit line. The heat, the hardness of the layout and the demand to compete for a national championship marked a great level.
A victory to remember
The performance of Judith Corachán in the Mediterranean Epic Triathlon was much more than a victory: it was a master class for strategy, mental strength and love for this sport. With four national titles behind him, he says goodbye to the long distance leaving an indelible mark.
