From its beginnings 226ers has opted for quality tests that contribute added value to the athlete. For us it is very important to support this type of tests that feel the foundations of what our daily fighting training represents after training. Building as athletes, fans or professionals, our history through willpower, sacrifice and a constant attitude to enjoy the way, not for nothing we strive that our products have delicious flavors and cover a wide range of flavors to be able to satisfy the different palates. Because for tastes and flavors, colors ;-)
This 2018 we have already been present in the Half Marathon of Santa Pola, one of the half marathons with more tradition of the Iberian Peninsula and that featured the special presence of the legends of the running Martín Fiz, Julio Rey and the banner of this house, the one who was champion of the Triathlon world, Iván Raña. We were also in the Costa Blanca Bike Race, four -day BTT test with stages of between 40 and 60 kilometers that are celebrated in a privileged environment such as the Costa Blanca of Alicante and that is played by pairs, which must shoot together within a margin of two minutes. There our recently sponsored athlete, Ismael Ventura managed to erect himself in 4th position in the male elite category with his partner Sébastien Carabin.
Two weeks ago the Epic 360 Camí de Cavalls, a unique test held on the beautiful island of Menorca and was carried out for 3 days. It participates in 3 different modalities and can be done running or on your mountain bike. Our CEO, Jesús Sánchez with his partner in the Competicón Ramón García were absolute third parties in the modality of Trail Running while Ismael Ventura, sponsored of this house, was next to his partner in the competition, first absolute in the MTB modality.
On April 8 we will be present at the Movistar Half Marathon Madrid, where participants can find us in their supplies and at the corridor fair.
This year we repeat the commitment to Challenge Salou for the third time in a row and Challenge Madrid, the latter chosen to host the European Triathlon Championship in 2018 in its second edition and that aims to become a reference within the Challenge franchise.
We will also be present at the Cycling Tour Paris-Modena, charity organized by Maserati in order to raise funds for the Revès association, which helps sick children in the terminal phase to fulfill their dreams.
We will also repeat sponsorship with the Buff Mountain Festival, Festival of the Outdoor in Aigúestortes that encompasses different disciplines, among which the trail running and the BTT stand out, with the buff Epic Trail and the Buff MTB Marathon.
As a novelty, we are delighted to start a sponsorship that is a turning point for us, and we will be Official Nutrition Sponsor of the La Santa Ironman Club of Lanzarote, proof that has been playing since 1992 and that has become throughout its career in a world reference of the Ironman franchise.
