Muffins Red Fruit
Here we propose another creative ways to prepare great muffins using vegan protein of 226ers. A healthy way to replenish proteins after training. INGREDIENTS
  • For five or six muffins.
  • 2 vegan protein fruit bugs Red Fruits
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml of milk or vegetable drink
  • 100ml of olive oil
  • 150g of flour
  • Limon zest
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 small tablespoon of yeast
  • 1 gasifier
  • Natural raspberries
PREPARATION
  1. Preheat the oven to 180º and prepare the molds for the muffins.
  2. Sample the flour with yeast and salt. Grill the lemon and mix it with the flour and reserve.
  3. Mix the gasifier with a little sugar and reserve too.
  4. Separate the brothers from the whites. Mount the whites to the point of snow. Add the yolks to the clear and then little by little the sugar. Oil and milk are added and then, little by little, the flour mixture. Add vegan protein red fruits.
  5. In the end add the gasifier and remove well.
  6. Fill the molds almost to the edge and introduce the pieces of raspberries by means of the middle. Then Bake at 180º for 20-25min.
