Thus the Maserati® Paris-Modena 2019 passed
Last week the Sixth edition of the exclusive Paris-Modena, beneficial cyclist organized by Maserati as an invitation to the clients and fans of the trident brand, athletes and lovers of the two and four travel wheels in the mountain, alternating the physical effort and pleasure of execution in the purest style of Gran Tourism.
As the name implies, Paris-Modena runs between the two cities that its name indicates, without the slightest element of competition, through beautiful more beautiful places and cities in the old continent. A trip through gastronomy, high mountain, architecture ... an exterior and interior trip, because it is a good opportunity to measure your limits, to bring your resistance to the extreme, or simply a unique experience to enjoy the value of the effort. In addition, each kilometer covered by each participant collects € 1 for the Rêves association, dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of seriously ill children. 1926 km divided into 5 stages, a total of € 48,150 donated to the association.

In this edition of La Paris - Moddena, he has seen the departure of 25 cyclists, including Paul Belmondo, Davide Cassani, the coach of the Italian cycling team; cyclist like Alessandro Ballan, VELO MARCO and Niccolò Bonifazio. Present, too, José Miguel Antúnez, former captain of the Spanish basketball team and the Michelin star, the chef Andrea Sarri. In previous editions, illustrious figures such as the great Miguel Indurain, either Rafael Medina among many others.

During the first stage, the group of 25 was escorted along the route by a fleet of Maserati Levante, Ghibli and Quattroporte concluding in Gargas, Provence, including the climb to Mont Ventoux.
On their second day, the group pedaled through the impressive landscape of the Verdon's throats. And then, during the third day, move aboard a private plane that took them from Nice to Grosseto, where they were received by the Eurofighters of the 4th Storm. The cyclists uploaded the southern Tuscany cross, the visit to the abbey of San Galgano before reaching the Bagnaia, the beautiful location where Bulgari is located - the historical partner of the Maserati - where they received an exclusive presentation of watches made in collaboration with the brand of the trident.
During this Wednesday, June 5, the route continued through the crossing of the Siena countryside, stopping at the Piazza del Campo. Subsequently, the group traveled through some of the most beautiful white roads in the Chianti area, famous for the "eroic" cycling event, arriving at Fonte de 'Medici, a small village of the property of Marchesi Antinori.
He concluded his last stage, which had a way out in Sasso Marconi and the arrival at the Panini Museum, one of the most important collections in the history of Maserati and the world.

This year, Paris-Modena has had the support of Maserati, Merida Bikes, Octo Telematics, Bulgari, Bikevo, Ale Cycling, Sale, Bio Man, Audes, Fiat Professional, Antinori and 226ers.
It is already the fourth year that we collaborate facilitating supplementation: before, during and after each stage. Contributing nutritional advice and reviewing and adapting the daily menus of athletes to adapt them to the nutritional needs of the test.
