Race Day of 226ers is a variation of the already known Endurance Fuel Bar BCAA, getting to be finer and easier to carry. The new bar is mainly made based on fig, dates and pumpkin seeds. They are suitable for vegans and contain ecological ingredients.
Another of the strengths of the Race Day It is its energy contribution (124 kcal), which contribute between 21 and 25 grams of carbohydrates, according to the taste. The improvement in this new bar also occurs because the amount of figs has been increased and dotile has been reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index, taking into account the necessary energy and reducing the dreaded insulin peaks, and the consequent performance drop.
