The Dutchman Youri Keulen won last Sunday, April 14, the T100Triathlon of Singapore in a competition marked by heat and moisture. Swimming

Cycling

Career

Youri's nutrition

Youri Keulen based his triumph in loading of hydrates and a lot of liquid in the form of mineral salts.

Before the race I try to moisturize liquid form with special focus on mineral salts with 226ers Hydrazero.
