Digitization of the reception and organization of orders, logistics and product traceability, and online sale analysis, for customer knowledge optimization and continuous improvement of products and services.
The project aimed to achieve the following results:
- Improve and completely automate the process of conducting orders by distributors/retailers.
- Eliminate manual tasks in the B2C orders process by consumers through the web, automating both the request process and stock update and definition of web products.
- Control the traceability of the products from an application designed to do so, so that you can quickly and effectively locate any information of the product life cycle.
- Improve customer experience through customer behavior analysis in the B2C online store.
All this to be able to carry out more efficient processes, improving its integration into the value chain and developing new products and services for our customers.
