LEGAL TERMS — SEVILLE MARATHON RAFFLE 2026

1. Organizing company

This giveaway is organized by 226ERS, S.L., with registered office in Alcoy (Alicante) and CIF B-54538614, in order to reward its followers and clients by holding the draw called “Win ​​1 Seville Marathon 2026 bib number”.

2. Territorial and personal scope

All natural persons residing in Spain and over 18 years of age may participate in the draw. 226ERS employees, immediate family members or professional collaborators related to the brand may not participate.

3. Duration

The participation period will begin on November 28, October 2025 and will end on December 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Entries received outside this deadline will not be valid.

4. Prize

2 individual bibs in TOTAL will be drawn to participate in the Seville Marathon 2026. The prize is not exchangeable for money or other products.

5. Participation mechanics

To participate in the draw, users must follow the instructions indicated on the official 226ERS channels (website, social networks or newsletter). Each participant may participate only once. Any attempt at multiple or fraudulent participation will result in automatic disqualification.

6. Selection of winners

On December 12, 2025, 226ERS will conduct a random drawing among all valid entries received. 2 winners and 2 substitutes will be selected.

Winners will be contacted by email using the information provided. If no response is received within 24 calendar hours of sending the email, the prize will go to the first alternate, and so on.

7. Protection of personal data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by 226ERS, S.L. as data controller, for the purpose of managing participation in the draw, communicating the results and, where appropriate, sending commercial information if the participant expressly authorizes it.

The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the participant when registering in the draw. The data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation.

8. Acceptance of the bases

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal bases. 226ERS reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the draw for justified reasons, communicating it transparently through its official channels.

9. Responsibility

226ERS is not responsible for possible losses, damages or irregularities resulting from improper use of the Internet, technical failures or causes beyond the control of the company that prevent the normal development of the draw.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These bases are governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy arising from the draw will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
