Project “Incorporation of Software System for the Company Integral Management and Digitalization of Warehouse Management” co-financed by the IVACE and the European Union within the SME Digitization Program (Digitalization-CV 2021).

Project funded by Ivace and the European Union:

Project 226ers:

ERP development for orders management, logistics coordination, stock control and product traceability, and online sales analysis. In order to obtain user knowledge, increase in performance and improvement of services. 

The project aimed to achieve the following results:

• Improve and completely automate the process of conducting orders by distributors/retailers.
• Eliminate manual tasks in the B2C orders process by consumers through the web, automating both the orders process and stock update, by integrating connectors with the online store.
• Control the traceability of the products from an application designed to do so, so that you can quickly and effectively locate any information of the product life cycle.
• Improve customer experience through customer behavior analysis in the B2C online store.
• Development adapted to the demands and needs for each department.
• Linking and synchronization of products and orders to different external platforms.

All this to be able to carry out more efficient processes, improving its integration into the value chain and developing new products and services for our customers.
