2. What is the purpose of processing your data?
We treat your data with the purpose of informing you, as an employee, about corporate news, organized events or in which the company participates, as well as other relevant news, through a WhatsApp group created specifically for this purpose.
Data conservation period:
Personal data will be kept only while deciding to stay in the WhatsApp group. You can retire at any time. The company can eliminate those who are no longer employed from the group.
3. What is the legitimation for the processing of your data?
The legal basis is your consent, in accordance with article 6.1.a) of the RGPD. Clicking on the “Unite to the Group” link, it will be understood that you have given your free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent.
4. What recipients will your data communicate?
They will communicate to instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for the creation of the group. If they are outside the European economic space, all applicable legal obligations will be fulfilled.
5. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
