In 2017 the project was born Wild Trail Project Under the umbrella of Nike Trail in Spain. Seven years for which many athletes have passed by the team highlighting in important international tests and that have done to this project has consolidated in the Trail Running community being a reference for many runners.
The Team Manager of this team is the speaker José Antonio de Pablo, better known as "Depa".
Since this team was born we have seen great athletes pass through it, such as Júlia Font, Moana Kehres, Yoel de Paz, Marta Pérez, Daniel Castillo, Mireia Pons, etc ...
The Nike Trail North American brand is at the head of the WTP, reaffirming its commitment to the trail running in Spain. The WTP works with the American brand since this project was born not only in the training of the team, but also in the development of the product and in coordination with other Nike athletes such as Francesco Puppi, Cesare Maestre and Nienke Brinkman, among others.
Likewise, in 226ers we maintain our collaboration with the WTP: "Our commitment to the WTP is to support corridors to get their dreams and reach their maximum sports performance. But we are going one step further, it is to be with a group of people who understand and identify with our way of understanding life and sport, always work to create the best version of ourselves personally and professionally. And we believe that the WTP has this essence."
