We use the proportion 8: 1: 1 with extra load of leucine, since it is the one that initiates the processes of protein synthesis. They are also known as branched chain amino acids and their main functions are:
- They increase protein synthesis and reduce the decomposition of proteins after exercise so they help muscle recovery and reduce muscle degradation after exercise.
- They have an anabolic effect on protein metabolism after exercise and support muscle growth.
- They reduce the muscle damage associated with the resistance exercise and decrease the "muscle pain of late appearance" and muscle fatigue after exercise.
- They help maintain a healthy immune system.
- They improve performance during sustained exercise and reduce the effort perceived during exercise.

- L-Tyrosine: It is essential for natural dopamine formation, necessary for normal muscle function and contraction. Participate in energy production and is necessary to maintain physical and mental activity.

It contributes to the total antioxidant capacity of the body and is important for energy metabolism.
