You can prepare it with milk or with your favorite vegetable drink. However, do not stop trying it alone, either in espresso or filtering methods, the result may surprise you.
1kg format mode, grain coffee:
Adjust the dose and ground if necessary, according to the preference elaboration method and prepare following the manufacturer's instructions.
For French Press, we recommend the following recipe:
- 35 grams with a medium-gross grinding (thick salt texture).
- 500 ml of mineral water, ideally use low-media hardness waters.
- Heat water at 92-93 ° C or simply carries to boil and then let it rest for a few seconds. Let the mixture infuse for 4 minutes or the particles sink, slowly pushes the plunger, avoiding lifting the sediment, to have a cleaner cup.

250g format, ground coffee:
For Moka, we recommend:
- The Moka or Coffee Funnel or Italian Coffee Funnel.
- Enter boiling mineral water until it reaches the valve, ideally use low-media hardness waters.
- Fuck and close the different parts of the Moka and take it to a heat source.
- Leave the lift to see when the liquid begins to leave, avoiding leaving the fire once the top is finished.

DRIP Format, 7th case:

- Open the DRIP following the discontinuous line and adjust the flaps the container.
