Vegan Recovery Drink helps:
Vegan Recovery Drink contains 43% of the best vegetable protein, which is equivalent to 22g of protein per taking, which which It contributes to conserve muscle mass and the maintenance of bones under normal conditions.
It provides an approximate 1: 1 proportion of proteins with respect to carbohydrate, a high amount of protein to be a recuperator, but it is thus formulated because after the training it is usual to ingest high foods in carbohydrates such as fruit, avenas, energy bars ... and the protein intake is neglected, which is essential for muscle recovery.

Mode of employment: Dissolve 2 saces (50 g) product with 250-300ml of water or vegetable drink and shake. Consume 250-300 ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect solution it is recommended to add a part of liquid, the product and stir vigorously to finish filling the mixture with the liquid.
