Shipping methods and delivery times

226ERS eShop only allows sales in countries where it has distribution or courier delivery available. If the system notifies you that we cannot sell in your country, please get in touch with us so we can see how we can help you.

For shipments outside the European Union and UK, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. The customer will be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees applicable in their country, which are not included in the shipping costs. Please check any doubts beforehand with our team at onlineorders@226ers.com.

Shipping cost calculation is dynamic based on the products in your shopping cart and your shipping address.

Shipping is free when the order total exceeds the following amounts:

Spain:

  • Mainland and Balearic Islands: €50
  • Canary Islands: €60

Germany, France, Italy and Portugal: €60.

Rest of Europe: €100

For non-EU countries, shipments will be sent under the DAP (Delivery At Place) incoterm; the customer will be responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.

Shipments may experience delivery delays during the Christmas season, summer or local holidays (1 to 5 May).

If there is no one to receive the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number to call to confirm a delivery time. The courier will keep your package in their warehouses for approximately 10/12 days before returning it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, please contact Customer Service through the form available in the store. From the moment we receive your notification, we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

Returns

If you find a defective product in the order received, you should contact us by sending an email to info@226ers.com, or through the contact form on the online store.

It is the customer''s responsibility to provide correct shipping information and to be available at the indicated address to receive the package. If the order cannot be delivered due to an error in the information provided, the additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

You can return the product as long as you communicate your intention within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order and provided you keep its packaging in optimal condition. For clothing and accessories the period is 30 days from shipping. To do so, you must contact us through the means already described.

The shipping deadlines for returns are:

  • 30 days from shipping for clothing and accessories. (Returns cannot be processed for products such as bottles, shakers or socks.)
  • 14 days from shipping for nutritional products.

For orders placed between 13 December and 4 January, the return period is extended until 31 January.

Clothing exchanges or returns

Clothing items to be returned or exchanged must always have the tag attached. If the tag is not on the received garment, neither the exchange nor the refund will be made.

To do so, you must contact us through the means already described.

In case of product withdrawal, size exchange or defects, 226ERS will cover the return shipping costs. You can request a replacement, substitution for other items, or a refund of the total purchase amount.

In accordance with the law, you will have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products (or the last product if several products in the same order were received separately) to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties; you will only have to bear the return shipping costs. It is essential that you send your notice before this period ends. The notification should be sent to the following email address: onlineorders@226ers.com. At the end of this return policy you will find the form to exercise your right of withdrawal.

However, the merchandise must be in perfect condition, but if despite this you wish to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs will NOT be covered by 226ERS. Shipments should be sent to 226ERS Sports Things, SL. Polígon Industrial Cotes Baixes. Carrer C, nº8. CP 03804 Alcoy.

Refund policy

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly indicates otherwise. Once the return has been processed and the condition of the product confirmed, the refund will be issued within [X] business days. In case of a partial return, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
