Vegan Recovery Drink contains 43% of the best vegetable protein, equivalent to 22g of pure protein per take, contributing to retaining muscle mass and to keeping your bones in normal condition.
It provides an approximate proportion of 1:1 of proteins in relation to carbohydrate, a high quantity of protein for a recoverer, but it is formulated in this way because after training it is commonplace to ingest foods that are high in carbohydrates such as fruit, oats, energy bars, etc., neglecting the proteins that are essential for muscle recovery.
It also provides:
> L-Arginine AKG (250 mg per take).
> Creatine (1,500 mg per take):
> Medium-chain triglycerides (500 mg per take):
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 250-300ml of water or any vegetable-based drink and shake. Consume 250-300ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of liquid, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with the liquid.
