Ginger and Vainilla Recovery

1 peeled apple and without pepitas
2-3 dates (previously soaked if possible)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon and cocoa to decorate
Preparation:

Add the rest of the ingredients in a blender
Beat until you get a creamy mixture
Serve it in a bowl
