Receta Protein Mousse
This is another rich and simple recipe easy to make at home based on our Vegan protein Chocolate flavor. You will have an extra contribution of proteins after training, which helps your Muscle recovery.

INGREDIENTS

  • Two vegan meter stuck chocolate protein
  • 250 ml of milk or vegetable drink
  • 1 Greek yogurt without sugar
  • 1 banana
  • Blueberry to taste
  • Black chocolate pepitas without sugar

PREPARATION

Mix well with Vegan protein With milk. Then add the Greek yogurt and the crushed banana and mix well until you get a homogeneous texture. In summer you can add frozen fruit to give freshness. Then you must let it stand in the refrigerator to acquire a creamier texture. Finally, you can serve it in the container you prefer and add the fruits and chocolate on top.
