These are dehydrated fruits so that they maintain all their flavor and nutritional properties to which we have also added superfoods with specific qualities. Ideal to take between hours as healthy, nutritious and properties snack.
The lyophilization It is a technique of cold dehydration which is done in vacuum and at low atmospheric pressure. The result is a food similar to dehydrated, but maintains the properties of the original product.
By lyophilizing fruits and vegetables, they are crispy, it is possible to keep the original flavor and color and keep all nutrients. No preservatives are not added or the food is altered beyond removing the water molecules, so the product is eaten in its purest form. We thus achieve a product that weighs very little and maintains its nutritional characteristics, which allows it to be carried over occupying very little space and prolonging the useful life of the product.
It is also a good way of being able to take food off -season that, due to specific needs, we need to take throughout the year. It is easy to transport both during a workday and in training, excursions or crossings of several days and/or weeks to enjoy it at any time.
